It’s always “I want” “I want” for me. Now its time to do. Definitely need to step it up even more…it’ll be hard, but I can do it.
- 7 minute mile
- 5k, 10k..—> marathon
- Triathalon
- 180+ lb squat (max)
- 100lb bench
- To get through this stupid circuit I made: Three rounds of 10x box jumps (for height), 20 split jumps (10 each side), 2 minute squat….
If anyone wants to join me for 6am workouts at the ARC, PLEASE let me know… I need more discipline to get up :(
