- Saturday: DB
- Sunday: DB + jumping exercises
Cardio: Biking, elliptical, jump roping, swimming
Working on: Higher butterfly kick, Cartwheels that will eventually be aerials, 540s, handstands
Ankle Status: Muscles are stiff, but are more pliable. Sometimes some tendons are sore, but with rest and elevation, it feels pretty good. Stiffness are at the heel and inner heel of my foot. Usually tender around the incision, maybe where the screws are, but i feel really good. I just wish that I could run
